Chris Pearce has been in the real estate business since 2015 and has absolutely loved every second of it since. Coming from a background as a professional film and television actor in Vancouver since the year 2000, Chris has developed an incredible skill in presenting himself, in marketing and communication, and in relationship building. Throughout his career, Chris has also owned a video production company where he learned a great deal about being a business owner and also about being in sales, both of which having become an incredible asset for him in the real estate industry and as one of the owners of the PR Properties Real Estate Group. Further to that, Chris also spent many years in the construction industry which really helped him form a strong sense of real estate from a different perspective while giving him extensive knowledge of the communities of Greater Vancouver.
Chris has developed a very strong passion for this business and the real estate industry, and he thrives on that passion along with his amazing ability to form lasting relationships with clients as a true people person, something that is of the utmost importance to him!
